Do wish to mention that I took some Tongkat Ali LJ100 and it made me a monster for 8 hours. I could have done an entire cheer-leading squad to exhaustion. Both Amazing and frightening. I eyeballed the serving size so probably too much for body weight. It was loose powder with no serving scoop.

My older colleagues responded when I advised the effects that it is similar to what good quality cocaine will do to someone. They were active back in the day with the latter.

I took what I thought was about 1/8"-1/4"teaspoon. I was shooting for 135-150mg.I did it by eyeball. The manufacturer had a rough chart based on body weight posted.-No longer there.
So I thought I was doing less. Probably messed up the serving and went way over.

Massive defecation as well. Like a grizzly.

I have since been told I could have eyeballed anywhere up to 600mg. hahaha.

Reminds me of an old Barney Miller episode where the staff consume marijuana brownies and are bummed out that the best feeling in recent years they were experiencing was illegal.
 
yes, I agree...from everything I've heard and read Cialis is superior to Viagra, it is even good for prostate....I've tried many times to get my doc to switch me from Viagra to Cialis, but he told me the VA doesn't carry it.:sad3:
I've tried it, but had no effect on me.

Since you always run into something unexpected, it is better to be prepared always.
Therefore, supplement daily (yes, I know its another damn supplement but worth it) with Lecithin (for example in your shake or cereal) and at least 6mL daily of C60 in Olive Oil (amazing stuff! for example, Slic60.com)

I had the same question - from what I briefly read - the alleged benefit doesn't seem to address the focus of this thread. We'll see what others find, but I did not see anything applicable.

C60 Olive oil is a master anti-oxidant. Olive oil is the carrier for absorption. C60 carbon is Buckminster Fullerene structure that, binds to the mitochondria. This provides free radical protection by attracting –O and then combining it with another –O to form O2, then self-repairing the structure. In rat models it doubled the life span of the rodents. I’ve used the oral 7,8 benzoflavone before for a few weeks and honestly didn’t notice much.

Is the transdermal noticeably better?
 

NAC increases glutathione. Glutathione make NO boosters like citrulline and AGK more effective. This would make NAC an NO booster, booster. I stumbled across this and did not believe it at first. So I gave it a try and it works. NAC is also cheap enough to say what the hell I will give it a shot. The next time what a pump or give one, give this a try and repot back.

That study is important to note that too much can be a negative. The study was 20mg/KG body weight which is too much and given every day. I use it pre-workout with a NO booster. There is no need to use it every day unless you have liver problems. 500 mg pre is a good boost, 1000mg is very good. Try to stay under 10mg/kg body weight for sporadic use and 5mg/kg for everyday. Every day use will not have the same NO effect as taking it as a pre-workout.
This is based upon my experience doing this for the last 2 years off and on.
Give it a try and report back.

Thanks for that! I am using c60-olive-oil and have found that after a couple weeks of use you notice that you're horny all the time and you get raging boner whenever its needed. Pretty good, I must say - especially with all its other benefits. My mom takes it topically and internally (she in her 70's) and she claims possible elimination of heart burn, elimination of her endless cough, aid in reducing pain in her knees, general well-being. It supposed to be a great sunscreen too so I can't wait to try this summer.
 
It reminds me that is time to blend up another batch. I bought some bulk C60-C70 powder that I make in my Vitamix. Making it your self is half the cost but takes time to get it up to temperature to dissolve. It comes back to the time vs money question that comes with life. The morning wood has started to fade after 6 mouths. That is the problem of slow acting and long lasting supplements, you don't notice them until it no longer works.
As far as sun screen look into canthaxanthin supplements. It is a keto-carotenoid that protects the skin. Save the C60 for the internals.

I just started the “PM”ed supplement of tongkat. And think i may have overdosed a lil. Stomachs been killing me all day.

What’s a good dose for tongkat that you guys feel works without the massive stomach problems?
