Ngl, not sure what I was expecting to happen with this stuff. Been taking it alone with the recommended dosage. Only 100mg of Andro per daily serving (4 capsules) been taking 2 in the morning and 2 more 6 hours later. I have 8 days left of my 60 day run.
Pumps barely started feeling like I was taking something a week or two ago. Been lifting hard and heavy, eat as much healthy foods as I can.
Been slaving away at work working almost a 28’day straight 10+ hour/day run rn but still doing my best to eat decent. Pure whole grain rolled oats + almonds with a scoop of vanilla protein + banana for breakfast. 2-3 protein bars + PB&J’s for at work snacks. Subway sanwhiches with extra meat, chicken breast w/ white rice and veggies for dinner. Post workout shake w/ creatine . I know if I could fit one more meal in there my results would obviously be better but still, I was expecting a litttttleeee more from this run.
I ran a 60 day mandro the giant stack 6 years ago and that **** was fun as hell, I was feeling amped up, swoll as **** and wanted allllll the smoke!
Was getting in a combination of 660mg a day of 1/4 andro. Looking back I should’ve just ran that again over this by itself.
This run I’m on now is only my second “PH” run since the mandro the giant stack 6 years ago.
Saw some threads of dudes in here running this giving it some solid reviews but I know all of them were on other stuff at the same time. So to anyone looking to run this by itself, I’d recommend just going with the mandro the giant stack and IF you want to add 100mg more of andro into that stack, use this on top. It’s been very very mild. Pumps as of a week or two ago have been cool, but nothing to really rave home about .
Anyways, my run is coming to an end in 8 days. I wanted to get someone’s input on PCT. Currently about to put in an order for Nolvadex. Just wanted to ask how many mg/day I should be taking, and how long I should take it for?
