It isn't recommended, but he is only running about 1/5 of the standard cialis dose. There are a lot of people who use a low dose of Cialis/Viagra for pumps and fullness, but you wouldn't be taking a full dose.
If you're using Vasomax its recommended to not stack it with other nitrates. I would try it solo before adding in any other pump products - chances are you'll be pleased with the results. Adding in a GDA and a carb heavy preworkout meal 1-2 hours before training would be a good move to increase pumps/fullness and vascularity as well.
