im a bit down right now, its a lot of money probably down the river..

I've messaged him, I have to wait til May 1st but he mentioned he would refund me in the paypal resolution centre.

So paypal can see I'm being honest, if he doesn't I'll ring Amex and file a claim.

After I get my money back, we should be able to file a police report online. Especially being 2 of us, he may of done this before. Paypal is dodgy as hell, hence I always use my credit card for payments as the bank investigates.
