UFC 75 picks contest!

Earlier days. I light spar with headgear, but nothing serious. I don't lift anymore, I do bodywork like elevated pushups for strength and no mass increase and some easy plyos, still sprint, ride a bike, swim, high intensity interval masturbation and anal spelunking.

No goats though, that's for those chatty morons that fill whole pages with juvenile one liners. Those who could'nt clean the mud out of my cleats back in the day, athletically and otherwise speaking.

I hear you on the heavy lifting. I have a lot of nagging little injuries that aren't too serious and herniated disc that bothers me sometimes. I really like competing in strongman and need some sort of outlet for my excessive competitiveness. It may not be in front of 70k, but it's fun for me.

Alex, you're a lucky bastard to so few issues and you always seem to beat me by a little on everything (or a lot in the case of deads). Push pressing beats up my wrists really bad. Log pressing actually feels great by comparison with the handles running prependicular to the shoulders.

I'm with you on the need for an outlet on competitiveness, but I guess some other sh*t may be a wiser choice. There's no way I could ever give up deadlifting heavy, I loves it, gives me that feeling. I'm definitely taking note of what Drone said, and will make some adjustments, and keep 40+years of age in mind.

I'm unbelievably lucky when it comes to not getting hurt. I've been in multiple car accidents where the people in the same car were hurt pretty bad, and I was entirely unscathed. All my injuries have been cosmetic(broken nose, a bad cut from a baseball bat to the forhead, etc). One reason I'm not likely to ever have any back issues is that I'm all legs, my torso is about 10".

The whole goat thing is a sad moment in time for the human race. The worst offenders are the followers who are too stupid to determine what is funny, and just jump on the bandwagon, sweating every horrible joke told by the goat possie, no offense banana boy. I like the fact that you're an ******* if you tell them that their joke is god awful. I mean I'm sure Chappelle would laugh his ass off, Steven Wright would have a stroke.

I'm surprised more people didn't pick Dec on the main event. Both guys are incredibly tough to submit or KO. Seemed like the only probable ending to me.

Yeah at first I had henderson winning by KO, but then I changed to decision last minute. LOL I never changed the fight time on it actually I had Henderson winning by decision round three 2 mins LOL
 
An exciting and disapointing event alltogether. Im glad september is a very populated month for the UFC....
