Hey all quick question. I have found a way to attain UDCA for liver support and was wondering what the dosing protocol was.

500 mg daily for protection, 1000mg daily for damage.

Oh so then it's basically the same dosing as tudca. Thanks bro

This is TUDCA dosage. UDCA is the active. You most likely need less.
