They held our shipment for 6 days and now they want to sample it. I am oblivious to the procedures and at the mercy of the FDA.

We placed another order today by fedex so hopefully have stock next week or sooner if the FDA gets off their rumps.

You might be kissing that shipment goodbye. FDA is known to abuse their authority..even when they're in the wrong.

guess that explains the hold up on the Cissus.. Oh well, good luck. Seems as though the FDA is getting more & more involved..

Good thing they caught that, no sense in counting how many people have died today from cigarettes and alcohol. This kind of misguided use of power makes my blood press. go through the roof. FDA= FUCKIN DUMB ASSES

We are losing money on a daily basis because of FDA skewed behavior.

Yeep I'm loosing track of the number of boys at my home board that are beating down your door, looking for some after a rather flattering review I made there recently.. they aching to try some.. (get it aching?)... They want what I'm feeling. Healthy and pain free.

(I'd say **** the FDA, but I'm scared they'll somehow **** me... :()

Err... fuk it... **** YOU FDA!!!

What will they find in Cissus? Plant sterols? I dont think there's any cause for concern there, is there? Man, Cissus is my favorite non-hormonal supp of all time.

I'll grow the stuff if I have to!!

The FDA really is doing us a favor here. With Cissus, those aching joints won't hurt so much anymore. With all these able bodied people going to the gym or playing sports the opportunities for injury are endless.

Thank you FDA

My guess is this is solely a label clamis thing. I bet Cissus is back on the market with different "literature" surrounding it.

this is funny because i just ofund out i destroyed the tendons in my ankle and i was hoping to order some more cissus.

wow.

I really hope this product is available again. I've been taking cAMPIBOLIC for 2 weeks (so far I'm happy with the results) and wanted to try some Cissus for some of my aches and pain. I'm not expecting miracles, but I feel after reading all of the positive feedback that this is a product that would benefit me.

Update on this. I had a chiro appt. yesterday where I had my xrays looked at. I have two degenerative/ prearthritic disks, 2 broken bones, and stretched/weak tendons. I am hoping this product can help me out some.

USPLabs, I'd recommend you call them and ask if there is any paperwork you can do to expidite the process. Reason being it is entirely likely they will hold it indefinitely otherwise but not tell you. They expect everyone to have intricate knowledge of all of their processes, procedures, and regulations.

My guess is, they are likely to demand that you relabel the shipment. The label will have to meet FDA pharma regulations. Prepare yourself for the worst; the FDA is a walking nightmare. The FDA is the reason there is no such thing as a "small" pharmaceutical company anymore. Due to FDA regulations alone, it costs an average of 1.8 BILLION dollars to get a single drug approved. Keep in mind, that's approval for 1 indication. Each additional indication typically winds up costing another several hundred million.

The Pharmacuetical industry makes more money than the supplement industry just off statin(lipid lowering meds).

We have a lawyer on the case. They will not listen to the common folk.

That's my point. The FDA doesn't care how much money you have, they treat you like you have more money than God anyway. When they don't like you, if they know you don't have that much money (for example if you are a supplement company), they just bury you in paperwork.

Sometimes they are even more atrocious and require that you actually pay them the cost of auditing you. They do that to pharma companies all the time.

That's why there's murmurings on both sides of the isle about yanking FDA's plug. I doubt it will ever happen, but a guy can dream.

Sorry to hear the trouble you are having. Im glad I bought a bottle a while back, still sitting around till later this year. Im guessing everything will be cleared up by then anyways, best of luck with getting this worked out.

Im sure everything will be fine, it will just be a little bit before Ceosm gets the stuff in stock. Freaking FDA, just another bloated, disfunctional government agency like so many others. When will it ever stop?

hope that all future shipments are easier to sort through customs and the idiotic FDA:nutkick: or im going to have to shovel this down their throats :burger:
