I have some old tyrosine powder Ive had lying around from 2006- is it still good or needs to be disposed?

No I have used it before. It is quite a lot like 200-300 grams or so

i have used bulk bcaa's that were very old and expired. They tasted and seemed to work the same, I would at least try it.

I've used old aminos before, some only 1 year old. Sometimes they gave me the runs, others were fine. You'll just ahve to try it and see.

Ehh give it a go. I think you'll be fine. If its straight taurine you'll be good... I think lol

The reason I asked Ive been using it for five weeks and been sick the past three weeks and wondering if this is the cause. chest congestion, dr gave me a shot and put me on antiboitics and still has clear, making another appointment tomorrow
