Typical Dosing Question (Letro)

Was curious what your typical dosing for Letro (Femara) was?

Do you wait until you get symptoms or just run it throughout the cycle. Since it's a preventative, I'm assuming you'd run it through the cycle but what would be a good safe dose?

Also, have any of you experienced any negative side effects from it? I read the Sides list in the PDR....pretty stout side effects...but PDR doesn't always translate into real life. What has been your experience?
 
I used to run it with cycles, but I think it really isn't necessary unless you're having some significant unwanted estrogenic sides like severe bloat (which IMHO can many times be helped with diet manipulation).

With that said I think around .5mg EOD is enough if you want to run it during cycle, but I wouldn't start with it....a little estrogen can be a good thing! ;)
 
dude, this is no joke: I use 0.1mg/d and get full benefits. In fact, 2.5mg is only the clinical dose used for metastatic issues. No sides at all and 0.1mg was determined in the studies to have optimal activity. Unlike Anastrazol that has opt. activity at 1mg/d and is used clinically at the same dose. That is why I choose letro. I can run 800mg test cyp/wk stacked with 50mg A50/d and my nips never even itch. I buy it as 2.5mg/ml premade and serial dilute down to 0.1mg/ml (25parts DI H2O:1part Readymade)

wow, that is low but it doesn't exactly surprise me after having used it several times also and seeing some bloodwork after its use :)
