I been on TRT now for about a year, blood work always been good, estro and liver little elevated but nothing to worry about.

I did a 5 week cycle of Halocore, 3 first weeks 50mg and last 2 75mg. Got just what I wanted out of it. The cycle ended 2 weeks before the blood test...

Now my blood test comes back pretty much as the last times but... According to blood test I'm close to kidney failure, really bad Cholestrol and my liver levels are high?!

I expected that my liver levels was gonna be a little high but kidney failure and bad Cholestrol?! Is that normal, will it go back to normal?! I went back on liv52 but what should I do with my kidneys and Cholestrol?!

Please help...
 
Creatinine is inaccurate with people with high muscle mass especially if you take creatine. You need to look at the actual GFR. My creatinine is in kidney failure range too but my GFR is normal.

Your cholesterols will typically be bad after a cycle. I'd take high dose omega 3s.

Yeah that make sense, I have been taking creatine, my Dr actually said it could be the creatine and I shouldn't worry too much because my muscle mass, still scary with kidney failure. I'll up my Omega 3 dose.

Did you actually see the labs? High Cr is meaningless if you're taking creatine. They should have calculated a GFR as well. If not you can always get it checked with a nuclear medicine test, but it's almost certainly fine.
 
Do you have the bloodwork that you could post? It's rather hard to just hear "kidney failure" and know how to advise you.
 
The bloodwork is not needed as the test was most likely skewed due to a number of reasons. The usual one is that you exercised close to your test. There are many ways to give false high readings of lipid values. Talk to your Dr about testing protocols.

Creatine supplementation is hit and miss. Creatine use can sometimes be a false indicator of renal dysfunction. Sometimes it won't. You should be using more than 3g on workout days to begin with, so if you're using more... drop to what i just said. Discontinuing creatine use for the test may be a good idea, but it will take weeks (depending on how long you've been using) to drop to baseline.

Would you say that someone with kidney issues would have a host of other symptoms or no?
