Two questions....M1T and M5AA and creatine post w/o

I am wondering if any new info has arose on creatine mono and delivery. I was thinking as a post workout shake of 5g of creatine mono, 5g glutamine, 2g taurine, 10g dex, 10g malto, 10g oats, 50g custom protein mix....any thoughts? I dont want too many carbs as I just cut.

Since I just cut, would a cycle of M1t at 10mg/day stacked with 20mg/day M5AA yeild good results for lean gains. Its seems like they would complemnt eachother. This will be my 4th cycle of M1T and I am looking for options. If it is a bad idea, other than the reasoning that you shouldnt stak methyls, then I will run 20mg/day of M1T.
 
IMO M1T is a better bulker( not all necessarily clean-lots of water), at least for me. If I were you I'd go with a M5 cycle with M4OHN if your into stacking them. It works great for some good lean mass gains. There is a new CEE out now(Creatine Ester) which DS is working on thats supposedly the best in form of delivery, and no carbs. Check out VPX's CEX prod. for some info not to buy though.(to expensive)
