I had read that they filed for Reorganization,then hired Lee Priest to be there spokesman..
 
Quality products, just highly overpriced. Seems unlikely that they'd fold, though, given their market share. For the GNC crowd. (you guy's don't still shop at GNC do you?)
 
...not to mention the mass market grocery stores. Wow...who would have thought back in the old school days their line would be available at the same place you buy your groceries :rolleyes:

I hit the GNC shop about once a month.The key is to make friends with the management,and ask them to notify you when they are having closeouts on certain items.GNC is great for this because they like to sell off items that are within 4 months of expiration.

I usually get my Twinlabs PM protien for $9.55 a tub,and Worldwide Rapid Recovery for 99 cents a bottle.The other day,i scored 5 4 packs of Nitro Tech protien shakes for $3.15 a pack.

They are certainly overpriced,but hit them at the right time,and you can score great deals.:thumbsup:
 
plus there is always the great gnc supplement scam.no matter what it is if they sell it and you arent satisfied they have to accept all returns.soooo fill the empty protien jugs with chocolate powder and your next one is free. not that i ever would do or condone such a thing but i have heard of it being done.

do you guys remember the stuff called metaform HEAT?

I was so much of an idiot back in the day... i got a good deal on some "protein".

I would eat the stuff post WO.. idiot

aside from the ephadra gitters and the taste , damn there really isn't anything good to say about it. (stomach is churning just thinking about it!)
