1 tbs olive oil
1 pound skinless, boneless turkey breast sliced into 1 inch cubes
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbs fresh ginger, minced
4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
2 cups water
1 large carrot, thinly sliced
2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
1 cup cremini mushrooms, sliced
1 tbs dried thyme
1/2 tsp red-pepper flakes
1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
1 cup frozen edamame, shelled
6 ounces soba noodles, about 2/3 of a package

336 cal, 43g protein, 43g carbo, 3g fiber, 4g fat (1g saturated)
Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat add turkey breast and onion cook until turkey is no longer pink.
stir in garlic and cook one minute more. Add broth, water, carrots, celery, muschrooms, thyme, pepper flakes and black pepper to the pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered or until carrots are tender. about 10 minutes. stir in edamame and soba noodles, return to a simmer and cook for five to six minutes, or until noodles are tender. garnish with fresh cilantro if you want.

Yeah its on here. You got to keep something good in the kitchen instead of protein shakes all the time or even bars.
