It took awhile to get use to the vinegar base but I love it know. Love the Memphis style to. Love all BBQ lol!!

I was thinking earlier about the pulled pork I had the other day and it made me gag. It was this citrus onion pulled pork and it was extremely porky ( lol, if that made any sense). I like eating meat that doesn't taste like the animal. :P
 
Those OHP numbers! Awesome! In this cold weather up here in Ohio I'm glad to be adding cardio. My whole body goes taught just stepping outside!

Sure friggin felt like a 1000 reps...I've not felt this sore in my back and lats in a lonnnnng time. Those pause reps killed me. Those 140's db's just wiped me out. I was huffin and puffin after that last set. Heck the shrugs even hurt by the time I got to them.

Weight this morning was 194.5. Can't complain where I'm at right now. Keeping cals between 2800-3100. Cardio is only a couple days a week to help keep me balanced. Strength still seems to be increasing.

after my chest session yesterday I need a rest. But I also need to do some front squats and or deads. Head out of town next week for training(new job) and my workouts will be when I can fit them in. Hopefully, there is a gym close to the hotel.
 
if you have adjustable dumb bells throw them in the truck before you leave.. then you can get it done right in your hotel room. that's what I used to do incase there wasn't a gym near by
 
Yeah, right now is when I wish I had bought those Bowflex adjusted sets. I think the big set went to 90lbs.
 
I have the bowflex 90's. I don't use them a whole lot, but they're nice to have for emergencies.

Almost my entire olympic weight set came from Craigslist. Piece by piece over time but cheap. And yeah....soon there will be a ton on CL when all the new years resolutioners give up and go back to the couch. ;)
 
I got tired of the Golds I always lift in being packed from the new years crowd since it's small.....decided to go to the huge 24hr fitness a few miles farther.......WRONG. Four times as big means eight times as many people. Fail fail fail.
 
I like the 24hr gym I go to here locally, but I go at 0520am so most gyms wouldn't be crowded then anyway. It's pretty packed from 8am-9pm.

I've picked up a lot of weights over the years on Craigslist. Including db's to 80lbs.

Traveling next week for 10 days for training so will just have to find a gym close that I can workout at early in the am. Shouldn't be too hard to find.

I need to find another bench and some heavier db's for my home though. 90-140lb db's would be nice to have here at home! A better power rack would be nice too...lol
 
Standing delt circles... those sound tough. HEAVY indeed!
Old school exercise(standing delt circles). Use light weight. Stand with weights in your hand like you are going to do curls. Now raise your arms straight out sideways and over your head and then back down. Really hits the delt heads good.
