Hey all,
First id like to say Tudca has been awesome , as it cleared my ast and alt levels from about 70-75 to in range like 45. My ast and alt have always been a little high, even before I did anabolics, according to lab results.
That said, my doctors have never had an issue when i told them intense weight training causes this. Moving on, I got a Doctor that didnt buy it and I had ggt test and all kinds of tests. Finally after a few slightly elavated ast and alt tests, I took tudca at 750 mgs a month or so and it went well into range. Theres no dobt in my mind it worked for me, due to labs
My question is running an oral, some say to take tudca after the cycle, some say space it out eight hours after the oral, some say its fine to take with the oral. Some say theres studies with drinking and tudca and they apply to orals. What say you?
