TUDCA DOSAGE TIMING?

ok how do you guys dose your tudca/ucda?? after cycle or during??? if during are you guys taking it hour apart from your orals? Im sure you guys heard the study that tudca can be damaging to the liver if preloaded before drinking alcoholic drinks. so im just curious? i usually dosed before bed thanks for your input

Magnum, I take mine spread out throughout the day during the cycle, after the cycle and all the time.

Don't be silly, people don't actually read the directions!. If they did their would be a lot less questions on here about how to take their supplements!.

My udca leaflet(pharma) states to take the smallest dose in the morning and the other larger doses noon and just before bed. And you are correct about drinking, just dont drink!

Do we know that ph doesn't have the same impact as drinking? There are some post that telling udca/tudca have destroyed there liver values while on PH:s (google)

Well, the liver values you are going to measure are partly enzyme - concentrations. Higher levels of some enzymes indicate stress on the liver which is totally normal on cycle, but not necessarily liver damage.

Hey guys I have an interesting thread here where I get blood work post cycle for liver enzymes and then 1.5 Months after taking TUDCA at 2 grams per day and 3 grams of Nac per day. Also was taking Udca at 2 grams while it lasted.
