What's the consensus with this product? Safe to use, good for fat loss, retain strength, good for endurance?

Specifically referring to Melting Point.
 
Use according to directions, and slowly ramp up your dosage.

TTA is amazing for fat loss, but is sometimes prone to sides. Make sure your water and electrolyte intake is high, and if you are on a reduced carb diet make sure you implement refeeds (with carbs) at regular intervals.
 
Okay, cool. I'll start it tomorrow. I don't really lift for size purposes so I don't bulk and cut and all that other jazz, but I may try to cut a little with this. I'll ramp up the intensity with the cardio training, and stick to squats 2-3 times a week, deads once a week, and hopefully C&J once a week.
 
Really good stuff. I've never had cramping problems.

But make sure you take care of that possibility - taurine, potassium and other electrolytes.

Woooord. I cramped on Melting Point back in the day. It was a bltch to say the least. I'm still a little skeptical about it's effects on the liver, though.

Are you referring to its potential hepatoxicity effects due to the metabolism (or lack thereof) of TTA?

I don't know of any specifically, that's why it's speculation. My main reason for the skepticism is because of some interesting blood work I got done a while ago after having been on Melting Point for (probably) too long. However, I can't say that the results had anything to do with the MP as many changes had taken place prior to the blood work that could have easily contributed.
 
I think the bottom line is to cycle TTA. Taking time off is the best advice I've seen and can give.

I take as much time off as I spent on - typically 2 months on TTA then at least 2 months off.

Thought - it's been longer than that in the past just due to when cutting season starts and when beach trips are. I don't like being on TTA before going to the beach because it bloats me so much in the abs.

I like to have my TTA finished a week or 2 before so all the water is gone.
 
So if use it for just a month, it's okay? Also, should I take Melting Point with food, or does it not matter?

same here, i like to stick to more natural products. worked pretty good but also was prone to easy cramps, shin splints, and EAS (exploding ass syndrome). i dont know if the EAS was directly from TTA but i couldnt take it anymore and after almost 1 bottle was up i had to stop :whiner:
