TSH

Has anyone ever tried TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone)? Am interested to try it so I'ld like to hear for somebody's testimonials.
I read there are several types:
# recombinant ones as rh-TSH (recombinant human Thyroid Stimulating Hormone)
# and lyophilized native ones as TSH from human, porcine or bovine pituitary

So has anyone ever tried TSH?
