thanks, i think with the weights your putting up for your power lifting oriented stuff anything "moderate" for you will require a serious output of energy if done in a way for the added benefit of conditioning, and you'll find yourself in better shape pretty quick.

welcome aboard! as you can see my focus has kind of shifted a little bit and put the o lift specific program on the back burner but what i'm doing now is still generally purposed towards improving at them, just in a less direct way for now.
How much benching do you do? Benching helps literally everything overhead, esp jerks, I've found. My jerk went from 205# to 235# after adding in more bench days over the course of a year. I would consider adding it in if you haven't yet.
