session 2 - actually got out of work pretty early and was able to sneak another one in before i had to adhere to the 'ol familial duties.

This was pretty awesome squeezing in 2 in one day. I think it will take a lot more discipline in trying to recover. but it seems like if I make each session a little shorter, I can actually hit quite a bit more total volume compared to one session, and having a period of rest in between seems to make each session overall better in effort.
