Hey guys I'm 32yrs old and started a diet last year at 298lbs. I lost down to 156lbs but now I'm body building and have went up to 182lbs at 8% bf. I'm looking at trying to get leaner and at the same time gain some quality lean mass. My daily calorie intake is around 2500-2700cal and roughly 40%protien 40%carbs and 20% fats. I'm scared to gain unwanted body fat back but want to gain muscle mass. Any advise would greatly be appreciated since I suck at nutrition!
