First of all big thank you to Casey and USP Labs for allowing me to try this out and shipping it out all the way out here in the middle east for me, not many companies ship to FPO addresses. But USP Labs was nice enough to do so and also send me a bottle of Modern BCAA+ and a super nice shirt amazing quality.



Was going to start this today but my day is all messed. So to not start it on a bad day i will wait another day and start this tomorrow first thing and will get right into the log.

Some notes on me...

Currently 195 pounds. Been trying to cut down and drop as much fat as I can so I can be 180-185lbs by the time I get home from deployment.
I eat clean 90% of the time. Every once in a while i get a craving for stupid french fries or grilled cheese and i'll have some.
I workout 3 days on and 1 day off, always heavy weights. I do cardio 2 days on and 2 days off. Will either do 5mins on the bike before my workout and than another 15mins at the end or 20mins on the elliptical before my workout.
Will stack Ultimate T and Modern BCAA+ with multi vitamin, whey and pre workout only. Oh and Creatine when i remember to take it lol.

Today is my day off so Im about to head out to do some CarIdio and Biceps right now.

Just downed 2 capsules of the Ultimate T
my homemade pre workout "caffeine, beta alanine, citrulline and arginine"

Im working on empty stomach too so I already got my modern bcaa+ mixed on the water bottle. Will update after my workout.

Well not much to report yet.

I weight myself in as soon as i walked to gym 193! Yeeeeeees! Awesome news.

Had to cut my workout short cuz one of the guys came looking for me they needed me to do something.. so much for a day off!

4 sets for every exercise.

Preacher Curl
20, 15, 12, 10 reps

Ezbar Cable Curl
15 reps for all 4 sets

Hammer Curl
12, 12, 10, 10 reps

These weird bicep curl on a machine no idea the name of it
10 reps for all 4 sets

Alternating DB Curls
2 sets of 10 reps..

Had to leave the gym.

I did go back again at 6pm after taking another 2 capsules plus creatine.

15 minutes on the elliptical. Level 7. A bit over 2 miles
I usually do 20mins but since i went so late i had to do it fast before they stopped serving dinner.

Tomorrow was suppose to be legs but since i work at a different base and where i work there is nothing to do legs with i will do Chest, next day Back and when i get back to this base i'll do Legs.

Unfortunately while im working at the other base 70% of the time I cant access the internet. It all really depends on the Captain's mood, he might came in the AM and tell the sargents to pick up all the phones and wifi device so we cant use them. And last two days were like that. And we had very long work hours as well so I was unable to workout. But I took my 4 capsules both days.

Back to other base today and I hit up chest earlier. Can't say i felt any stronger, but i felt like endurance was up a bit. Went through 5 exercises of 4 sets each and when I was done I was not one bit tired.

DB Flys
3 sets of 12

Cable Crossover. high/medium/low pulley
2 sets on each position of pulley of 12 to 15 reps


Depending on things goes here the remaining of the day I just might hit up Back and knockout 20 mins on the elliptical because I'm feeling good and not tried at all even though I only slept 4 hours. Will update i do back.

Thanks im trying my best. Unfortunately on Monday after my workout i started getting a headache and it got worse.. Turned into migraine and it hasnt gone away since.. its been going on 4 days now. I even had to go see the medics and they gave me a shot to make it go away but it didnt, it just wasn't as bad.

I stopped taking the Ultimate T because I wasn't going to the gym either, anything i do that has me puting too much force(sneezing too hard, elliptical and even pooping too hard) makes the migraine feel like my head is going to blow up. So to not waste the Ultimate T i'm taking a break from it till this migraines goes away. Last time this happened was in December/January and it lasted like 10 days, it was the worst 10 days of my life. So i'm hoping it will go away soon so i can get back on track. "

Im sorry this happened but i'll keep you guys posted when im better and back on Ultimate T.

Well that didnt last long. Thank god. Woke up this morning and i didnt feel any pain. I went to the gym to do some bike to see if it was really gone and it was. I rushed back to my room took my 2 capsules of Ultimate T and went to hit up arms. I destroyed arms!

Did 4 exercises for triceps and 4 exercises for Biceps.
1 exercise, 1 set is always 20 reps. Than depending on the weight and how hard or easy it is the reps will go 20, 15, 12, 10. Or 20, 15, 10, 8 reps.

I smashed arms in an hour and went to eat. Arms were pumped and again I felt like my endurance was def better as I was not tired at all or breathing hard at the end of it.


I've noticed that the endurance is def a big part of what im feeling on Ultimate T. So im put it to the test on Monday when I start a new workout to really lose weight and get shredded. Hopefully the endurance will stay and I will be able to lose the fat but still keep on pushing the heavy weights.

Wonderful news, all of it! I'm so happy to hear you feel better now. I've never had a 10-day migraine but I can only imagine how crippling that would be to your life, including training.

It was the worse feeling in the world. Medics kept me out of work for those the last 8 days. I went on shifts the first 2 days but first day the pain was so bad that i could barely get off bed and the 2nd day I passed out about 2 or 3x. That was when one of the sargents was like alright thats it we going to the medic. But I'm glad its gone for now.

So yesterday I was suppose to start a new program but was super busy, had a 16 hour shift on sunday and i slept for 7 hours straight and was up after for another 16 hours yesterday. But started new program today. I'm a huge fan of Kris Gethin, i have done all of his workouts to date and had great results and he put out a 4 Weeks to Shred workout which was exactly what I needed to help on my cut. I'm trying to follow everything to a T but when it comes to nutrition its hard cuz we only get 3 meals a day and the food sucks! But I'm making the smart and better choices.

At 6am I had 2 capsules of a fat burner along with a probiotic.

7am I had 3 egg omelet, 3 whites boiled and a cup of oatmeal.

9:30am I had 2 capsules of Ultimate T

11am I had my pre workout and 5g bcaa.

was suppose to do overhead rope extensions but i forgot to write that one down.. I just noticed that now.. arrrggg! Later on when I go to the gym again do cardio I'll do it!

During my workout I sipped on another 5g of bcaa.

Post workout I had 2 chicken breasts, 5 meatballs and half cup of corn.

Workout was a bit tough, I wasn't used to doing so many drops sets anymore so it kicked my ass a bit. Compared to the last workouts where I felt that my endurance was up, today was different but im guessing its cuz i wasnt used to so many drop sets like i said so i believe i'll get used to it pretty fast. I'll report more changes as i feel them.

The program calls for AM cardio of 30 mins before the workout and than later another 30mins of cardio in the PM. later on today before i go on shift I'll do the 30mins cardio. Tomorrow when i go to the gym I'll start with the 2 a day cardio and will do it every day that I get a chance. It wont be everyday that I'll be able to do it but when i can i WILL do them!

Well the way thing are happening here right now, it looks like im only going to be able to hit the gym 2 days on and 2 day off. We been working longer and longer and having less and less time off. only got 4 hours of sleep last 3 days.

What do you guys USPlabsRep and classic34 recommend me do? take the 4 spaced out Ultimate T caps every day, even though I take 2 day off? Take it only the days I workout? or take 4 spaced out on workout days and 2 caps on off days? I'm all ears to what should be done exactly under the circumstances.

Yesterday was suppose to be legs. But before we headed back to the other base we were told we were being moved from our rooms to giants 8 man tents and we had to move everything out before 1pm. So I packed all my 4 bags, cleaned the room and we all waiting outside in the 120 degrees weather melting away when leadership comes over and says "we don't have wheels, the tents are all the way on the other side of the base, here are the keys." It was a mile and a half walk to the tent. Sweating going down ass crack and all. People were only taking on bag at a time but I wanted to be over with so i did 2 bags at a time. I stopped once on the way to drink some water and kept going. Not fun walking on 120 degrees weather in full uniform with about 140 pounds(70 pounds each bag) on your back.

After I was done with that 3 mile heavy hike and 3 mile walk i went to eat, showered, came back took my pre workout, ultimate t and prepared my bcaa drink, sat in bed andddd i woke up at midnight with someone knocking on my door. LOL Its funny cuz at 9:30 am i took a fat burner which im guessing was what "helped me melt and sweat so much" and than 40mins after eating i took a pre workout which consisted of 400mg of caffeine and knocked out in bed. Sure I was up since 5pm the day before and didnt sleep since but didnt expect that to happen.
I went to the gym did leg curls, leg presses, leg extensions and some machine squats. I tried to do squats but my foot was hurting all day(i twisted it up pretty badly fews months ago and been hurting ever since) and the 6 mile few hours ago moving all my stuff made foot worse so I did what I could for legs. Came back to room, sat down in bed was going to make a shake and shower but NOPE I knocked out again and was woken up again today at 8am by someone else.

Today I hit Chest. I was going to follow the Kris Gethin program but I realized I wouldnt be able to cuz everything I go workout something happens and I have to cut it short. So I went to the gym and thought, let me do what I feel like im lacking the most in my chest, which didnt workout really well, i just everything that was in sight! I kept going until fatigue set in and I ran out of exercises to do. Took my pre, took ultimate t and headed out a few mins later and the beta alanine came alive in my ears and nipples lol.

Flat Bench Press SuperSet with Machine Presses 3 sets of 10
Machine Presses 4 sets of 10
Decline Machine 3 sets of 10 with 3 dropsets to failure
Flat Bench Press 5 sets of 10 with wide grip and 1 drop set
Cable Cross Overs 2 sets of 10 high pulleys with 1 drop set, 2 sets of 10 chest height pulley with 1 drop set, and 2 sets of 10 low pulley with 1 drop set.

Chest was hard as rock. I wasn't fatigued at the end, I could have done more exercises but what else was there? Flys and inclines. But I was starving so so next chest workout I will cover the incline and flys more.

I don't see any reason to change your serving size or timing, but we will see if USPlabsRep has any input here. Having been through some periods of only being able to lift twice per week or having some strange or inconsistent lifting schedule, for products such as this I haven't personally seen a reason to change.

As for leg training, you did what you could given the circumstances and I think that is what counts. Keep grinding away and you will certainly be rewarded for it.

Alright well we'll see what usplabs says otherwise i'll do what you told me.

Yesterday I did 40mins cardio. I realized i hate doing cardio lol. Its been 118 degrees and 70% humidity here the past 4 days now. It literally feels like hell has taken over this place. Anyways.. so I wont be bored and want to quit after only doing 10 mins of cardio i switched every 10 minutes and did something different. I started on the bicycle for 10 mins, then jumped on the elliptical, back to bicycle and last 10 mins on the elliptical again. I did this in the past, 2 summers ago before i went to boot camp and it had good results. Except I did bike, elliptical, treadmill and the stair master. But I do what i can with what i have.

Today I hit up Biceps. Was going to do back but the gym was packed and the pulldowns and seated rows machine that we do have had a bunch of guys on it. I hate waiting so i went for biceps only. We are about to leave so the last week here we are off so i'll have all the time to workout whenever.

Barbell Curl
4 sets of 10. 1 set close and 1 set wide. rest 1 set close and 1 set wide.
2 sets of 21.

3 set of 10 with 3 drop sets till failure

My arms were SUPER DUPER UBER PUMPED! I took 250mg of caffeine, 4g beta alanine, 4.8g citrulline, and the 2 caps of Ultimate T before and had bcaa with glutamine intra workout. It was a great workout. I could still bang out triceps if i wanted but I woke up late since it was my day off and they were about to stop serving lunch, i had 5 mins to get in there to eat.

Weighed myself before i hit the weights and it said 192.4. Always good to see the scale go down. I also looked in the mirror before i went to the gym and saw some abs side ways but i'm not ripped at all, i know im a fattie. But it got me excited to know that i got abs underneath and its coming out!

Nice update! Thank you! I have done the same thing with switching between methods of getting cardio in, especially during show prep when the sessions are longer I I begin to hate it haha!

I could never be a professional bodybuilder. I like to stuff that bodybuilders cant when dieting and i absolutely hate cardio.

Yesterday was "last day" of our shifts so i can workout more days. Yesterday was back with one of the guys I used to workout with when we first got here. We had a great heavy workout!

Cable Pulldows palms facing each other

DB Rows
3 sets of 10

TBar Rows
4 sets of 20, 15, 10, 10

I left the tbar rows last so i didnt make the same mistake as last time when I died out lol. It worked well. I COULD had come back and triceps in the afternoon but at 7pm I passed out and i woke up only today at 10am lol. Had pre workout and Ultimate T and went on to do shoulders with the twin brother of the guy i worked out yesterday with. They are both beasts but this one is the biggest one. We did shoulders and in between exercises he did Deadlifts and broke a record here on base. 5 plates in side. =$

Endurance again is def playing a big factor. I was good at the end of the workout, sweating like crazy but still good. I will def be going to the gym later on tonight to hit Triceps or do some cardio..

I was told this morning that I have to do a PT test. 2mile run under 17mins, at least 39 push ups and at least 45 sit ups in 2mins. I can pass pushups and sit ups easy in the first minutes but the run i have no doubts that i will not pass, foot is still messed up and well i havent ran since january before i got injured. I dont know what i am going to do. =/

I could never be a professional bodybuilder. I like to stuff that bodybuilders cant when dieting and i absolutely hate cardio.

Yesterday was "last day" of our shifts so i can workout more days. Yesterday was back with one of the guys I used to workout with when we first got here. We had a great heavy workout!

No professionals here, haha! I have always enjoyed the strictness and general agony of late show prep, albeit for that brief period only. A return to a more healthy lifestyle both mentally and physically is always welcomed post-show. :)

I have seen you mention the endurance boost quite a few times now, and that's great considering the type of training you are involved in outside the gym. If you can get your foot to hold up for now, will you be able to rest it soon? Please excuse my ignorance.

Well i got that worked out now. No PT test till Either september or December which is great, i'll be home and be able to recuperate on my own.

any improvements on libido?

I thought since we were done with everything but since idiots messed up now we have to stand for 6 hours guarding weapons out in the heat.. 118 degrees outside just sitting there.. smh.

Monday did Arm with one of the brothers. Supersets every time.

Ez Skullcrushers & CG press SuperSet with Standing ez Curls
5 sets of 15, 12, 10, 10, 10

Preacher Curls & Machine Dips
5 sets of 12 & 10 reps

V Bar Pushdowns
5 sets of 12 reps

DB Hammer Curls
4 sets of 10 reps with drop sets down the rack till failure

Arms were puuuuuuuuumped!

Was pretty bad ass the first 2 super sets than the regular sets calmed down and i was good.

Took the day off on Tuesday.

Wednesday I did cardio.

Thursday was cardio again.

Today Friday I did Chest.

Incline BB Press
5 sets of 15, 15, 12, 12, 10

Incline DB Press
3 sets of 10

Incline DB Flys
3 sets of 10

Machine Bench Press SuperSet with Seated Machine Presses
4 sets of 12 reps and 2 drop sets

Flat DB Flys
3 sets of 10

Cable Crossovers
high pulleys 2 sets of 15 with 1 drop set
mid pulleys 2 sets of 15 with 1 drop set

Seated Decline Machine
3 sets of 10 reps

Long workout.. Lots of stuff. Chest is super pumped. Again endurance was great. I think this is the only thing im feeling off Ultimate T the endurance is off the roof awesome. I can go on and on at the gym and probably some more later on at night if i did go on. I want to but these people here are idiots and always come up with something stupid to do. If nothing happens tonight than ill be going on later to do either back, abs or some cardio.

Hey USPlabsRep and classic34 Sorry i been gone for a while but I had no internet connection for a while when we were leaving for the first week. than we stopped in kuwait also without internet or free wifi and on the way to texas also no free wifi. I'm back in my state now but Im stuck at fort dix till late next week to do mri, cat scan, physical therapy and a few other exams before they let me go home. I will keep you guys updated now that i have free wifi here. And as soon as i get back home and join a gym i'll pick it up where i left off.
I'm really sorry about this whole thing.
