Trying 1- andro for the first time

So I’ve done research for oct and pct already. I’m 36% BF. I’ve been clean eating and training for a month now (I have prior experience working out, so I’m not a new to it). How many mg should I take for my first cycle? And I’m starting my new full time job in a couple weeks. So I’m hesitating since it’s odd timing, should I be worried?

Ato 36% you really shouldn't my friend. You will see a big testosterone boost by just losing fat on your own.

I hope that I don't get severely criticized here, but you have so much to do before you use hormonals.

Okay thank man! I’m 24 if that makes a difference. But I do realize I have to lower my bf. What % should I get it to before I can start to think about using ph?

Exactly this OP, you 100% shouldn’t consider prohormones (or any anabolic supplement) until you are down to 15% (or at least below 20% bf).

Honestly, they won’t make a lot of difference from where you are and actually using them with your bf will increase issues with estrogen (if you use something that aromatises.

Just create a small daily calorie deficit, with a sustainable way of eating for you, be consistent with the gym, find a training style you enjoy and keep at it.

Trust me you can do it. Good luck brother

Like stated you need to lose weight first. The heavier you are the higher chances of sides I have noticed with ph/aas use.

I agree.

You’ll get better nutrition partitioning from being at 10-15% BF (which is possible naturally with a sensible diet, lifting, and some cardio).

Save the 1-Andro for a future cycle buddy.

Listen to these guys. You'll be vulnerable to more side effects if you run it with body fat that high.

Will do thanks! But if I’m already at the 10-15% BF I feel like I would already have lost the muscle I have at that point. Aren’t ph’s purpose to retain/gain muscle while losing fat?

As long as you don’t do a drastic crash diet and you keep up the strength training, muscle loss will be minimal.

And yes, a PH will help retain/gain some muscle during a cut; but if you’re at around 15% body fat, you could gain a lot more muscle and better utilize the anabolic potential of the compound if you do a recomp/bulk at a lower percentage.

That’s just what I would do; in the end, it’s your body and your PH. Let us know what you decide to do; and just out of curiosity, what do you have lined up for PCT?

At his bodyfat levels he can eat at 50% maintenance and lift a reasonable 3x a week and maintain 100% muscle, zero anabolics needed.

This sounds brazen to say too, but if a person is that out of shape, the body basically metabolizes fat super efficiently and and reasonably set up, non ****ed up diet will work so long as protein is high and fat is sufficient.

For a big drop in calories, a lowered carb diet is always best.

Eat 75-100g carbs a day and it's not hard to go from 300g carbs (1200 calories) to 100g carbs (400 calories) and lose 800 calories a day just from that alone.

Well I’ll be taking your advice. Seems pretty valid man! But in the future I’ll be taking a t booster. I’m really liking steel supplements brand. Heard many good things about them

Great thank you! My BMR is 1744. My maintenance is around 1900-2100. I’m eating around 1800 per day. Some days lower but that is hurting my gains.

You aren't getting any gains.

Your body is forever in a fed vs fasted state.

If you are more fed than fasted and eating more food than you need and Training you'll gain muscle.

If you are eating less food than you need then you are losing weight.

If you are eating a perfect balance, you're staying the same.

Also, I am guessing your stats you gave me are wrong for tdee at that bodyfat level.

Yep, this OP. Nail diet first, I got from 49% to 10% bf basically doing what mad_canada suggested in an earlier post when I started.

Get fat down first then focus on gains.....

Agree with what everyone is saying. It will take months to slowly chip away the fat but it will be worth it. Your cycle will only last about 8 weeks and any muscle building or recomp will not be visible under the fat you still have. Diet for a couple of months so you know you have it nailed then maybe introduce something. If you have the urge to supplement I'm sure the guys on here can suggest stuff for fat burning and cortisol lowering etc. I do find that investing in supps helps keep me committed to my plan as I don't want to have wasted the money but trying to build muscle under that fat will not be that noticeable and I feel will demotivate you.

Something no one is saying is this:

you must learn the fundamentals before you do Andros

Without that underlying knowledge, nit even real anabolic steroids will do anything for you.
