Anyone that’s taken it what were your thoughts and over all experience with it? Is it worth it?

I would definitely recommend checking it out. It's a great natural shredding product while holding onto lean muscle mass. Most users have seen shredding around the mid section and increased vascularity. I'd recommend an 8 week run which would be two bottles worth of True Shred.

Yes sir! That true shred is and it’s stood the test of time. It’s been out over 3 years and still a board favorite for good reason.
