I would recommend an 8 week run followed by a break. You could probably do a 12 week run if you wanted but 8 weeks is always a good time frame to run a product get the results you want and then give your body a break.

what does it do to your body that you would need a break from?

Looks like a pretty decent product. They could drop the colostrum since it does nothing, but otherwise a solid product.

3,5-T can potentially very suppressive for the thyroid. I would recommend taking L-Tyrosine while you're off it.

Give it a shot if you ever get a chance. Must have for me personally when I’m cutting

I loved true shred for the 8 weeks I ran it.
I wouldn't go beyond 8 weeks because of the 3,5.
After I got some 7-keto for a little pct and some iodized salt.
