DAY #10 Weight 184.6lbs
Got home from work this morning at 8:00am I got 2 Caps of True Shred and 3 Caps of ZMA with melatonin and it was off to sleep for a solid 4 hours. I woke up and took my 3 Caps of Lean Mode and broke my fast with my signature shake.
Today was a legit rest day for me. I was up for 28 hours and squeezed in two solid workouts in that period of time. Today I took in a higher amount or carbs. I felt like my body needed to be replenished. My protein levels were not the best today not sure what happened, my calories were still on the lower side considering. Im going to hit a good PULL DAY tomorrow which im really looking forward too. I dont think im going to fast tomorrow either. As soon as I complete my workout and im going to get some protein into my system. I feel like when im working nights my body needs more nutrients. Ill leave you with my macros for the day. 5AM WORKOUT TOMORROW.
