Running True Shred currently, can I dose all four caps at once opposed to splitting the doses up?

Is there any benefit to the 2 twice a day
 
You can but I prefer twice a day. Just helps keep the metabolism going as some of the ingredients half life is only ~8-12 hours.
 
Agreed with the above. Here's a good log on True Shred as well for reference.
