Unanswered True Shred - Dosage

Hi All!

So I got 2 bottles of True Shred arriving in the next days..

I know that the label of the product mention to take (2) capsules twice daily.. I also I´ve seen posts of people taking different dosages from that.. So from anyone having the experience of this product, what would you be the recommendation ?

I would say start with what the label has to say. If you have two bottles you could always run the first bottle as stated on label and then second bottle bump up the dosage. @Rocket3015 can give his input as well.

I ran it for 8 week (a few times) 2 Capsules Twice a Day and was very happy with the results. I am using it right not stacked with Muscle Sculptor in an effort to lose 18 lbs.

Are you just adding the supplement and expect to decrease weight while maintaining daily calories and training.. or are you also increasing your cardio?

I dosed it recently at 4 capsules a day, yet I felt like I could have done 6 capsules per day. It’s effective at 4, but it’s one of those supplements that makes you feel like more is even better. The feel good factor is pretty high, so it’s tempting to take more..

Start with 4 daily and adjust accordingly. If you keep everything the same you will still see a weight drop but obviously it will be more accelerated if you cut calories and increase cardio. Let us know how you like it feel free to throw up some feedback in this thread.

Since he has two bottles I think that would be a good set up for him to does first at 4 and second at 6 per day.

I think most would get good results at 4 in my opinion.

No affiliation with hard rock here, but every time I run this im always surprised by how well it works. I notice some leaning but the size and fullness increase is always what really shocks me.. one of my favorite products, and always run at only 4 a day. I don't know if I have high cortisol and respond well to the 7 keto or what, but it definitely works.

I'm at 6 per day now. Increased hunger for sure, and I FAST until 1pm. lol.

Body temp goes up significantly. "Feel good" mood.

1 half an hour before dinner

Stuff seems potent going to run 8-12 weeks

8 weeks in going to run an epicatchin product (don’t know which yet) with it for weeks then run just the epi for 4 weeks then back onto true shred

Nice that will be a good set up! I'd check out follidrone, anfause, or ei 2.0 for you epicatechin product.

For me also Androst destroys my libido first week on it if you take the dosages which
are recommended on the labels which is usually about totals 75mg of Andost. I've
experimented in the past and taken 25-50mg a day and that worked nicely on helping
with hardening up my condition while on a summer cut. I personally don't carry a lot of
body fat so maybe that's why 25-50 mg worked well for me. I never tried this True Shred
but if I did I wouldn't dose more than 2 caps a day cause of the amount of Androst in 4 caps
which is the recommended dosage.

I wouldn't go past the 4 caps a day. Supposedly more bulbine can cause test levels to decrease.

Tbh I haven’t noticed a difference either way when I take it shows we all respond differently.
