I realize that this is a little late to the time that you initially wanted loggers of True Shred, but I figured I would take a shot in the dark and see if you are interested in looking into my 8 week log of consuming True Shred along with Alpha Lean 7. I have logged all my meals, workouts, and have took progression photos as well as weight differences thus far. I am very early in my cycle as I have only completed 5 days, but I have been very descriptive in what I am doing for my body to enhance the results of True Shred. I am currently engaging into a research project of my own where I am consuming average performance whey protein bought from Walmart and inexpensive food that would be easy for those struggling with buying expensive organic food to purchase. I will be posting my results in a article accompanied by a video showing my chronological progression as a way to promote the idea that getting fit is not always dreadfully expensive and that increasing your workouts, lowering your serving sizes, and promoting better NEAT habits will get you results.
