I guess I am in kinda the same boat as OP. Not sure what I want. Getting old and just want to feel some of the benefits of high T that everyone raves about.
Please don't stop posting responses. You know your **** and a lot of us respect that.
I don't know that you and him were in the same boat. There's no way to really know what the OP really wanted. He didn't say anything except to try to find out how to get on TRT when his results had come back at 600 T and his doc said he wouldn't put him on TRT.
Had he defined his goals he could have gotten some really fantastic advice for
free.
A lot of times people like that come in here thinking they know what they need, but you do a little digging into their current diet/training/body comp/history and their goals and you quickly find out if they are on the right track or if they are looking for the whatever easy button the fitness industry is selling that month.
You, on the other hand, are posting, asking questions, and sticking around.
The first step in learning is admitting you don't know everything.
My guess is you know what you want, so maybe this thread can be used to help you achieve your goals, assuming the OP is gone and doesn't plan to return. What do you want, in the simplest terms? Let's start there with your mission statement and then all of us can ask some questions to get better context and help get you some guidance.
Like I keep saying: amazing
free advice, why not take advantage of it??
