Yes take a hefty dosage of anabolics for a short period of time. Say even some Prop and then crash your levels intentionally. Just be sure it's out of your system.

That or a night out drinking prior to giving labs, and eating before you test, but saying you fasted, can both have a lowering effect, etc.

I am not advising you to do any of these btw, just letting you know these can work.
