TRT or not?

Hey all!

Wanted to hear some experiences or recommendations here. I am 32 year old male and I've been going to the gym like 7 years and I am in good shape. This summer took its toll and have not been working out so much but I am of course still in a lot better shape then average joe.

I have been feeling under the weather lately (hard to motivate myself, feeling tired / foggy, crampy, emotional etc..), so I decided to go and measure my test levels and the results are in. Measurements were taken during the morning, so that should be taken in consideration also (meaning that they peak during the morning and still the levels are quite in the low end)
Total testosterone 13 nmol/l = 374ng/dl (Range is 10-38)
Free testosterone 212 pmol/l (Range 155-800)

I have once ran LGD cycle, but that was many years ago, so I have been natural before and after that.

I am still in the range but according to information that I have found it seems low for my age + the fact that I am doing clean diet and going to the gym that should increase it. Just wondering how low it would be if I would live "like a normal average person"...

Also one guy I know was placed on TRT with similar levels and age. Any thoughts on this or any similar experiences? I have doctor appointment in few weeks.
