TRT like natural test booster?

Hello AM

I know nothing compares to trt but what would be the "2024" supplement test booster over the counter goto product?
(I have recently tried Blackstone Labs Apex male and didnt notice anything)

Only three things I would care about:
1) Mood
2) Libido
3) Energy

I know there are millions of threads about this but maybe you could point me to some good threads or reviews or just share recommendations?

Thank you guys!

How long until you feel the M-Test kick in?

Define kick in. It’s not going to suddenly make you feel like a Spartan warrior, but you’ll notice better sleep; better libido; better muscle gain & fat loss; also a sense of mild euphoria, all within a month providing you’re looking after yourself in the kitchen, getting enough sleep, and working out hard 👍

The only way to feel like you are on TRT is to do TRT. No natural supplement will do for you what TRT will do for you. TRT won’t get you jacked and don’t believe all these athletes that say they are only on TRT they are lying. Also I’m not sure what you think TRT does, it helps with muscle repair and repair overall, acceleration in fatloss , minimal strength gains and sec drive. If your diet sucks and you don’t live a proper lifestyle TRT is a waste. I know plenty people on TrT that eat like **** don’t train don’t do anything right and all I hear is why ain’t this stuff working. It does but you’re the problem is what I tell them.
Anyway by no means am I putting down natural supps I use them myself also. There are plenty to use that can help with libido and strength gains but I’m telling you don’t expect much the gains can be helpful but it won’t be anything close to what anything synthetic would do for you. So again not sure what you are expecting. I have an idea but I’m gonna say if you are looking for size and strength don’t rely on supplements, the first thing you need to do is get your routine in order and have your diet down pact. Cause with the right foods and routines you should have no problems making strength gains

I actually find the motivation you get from supplements , which makes you keep your diet, training etc in check, because you don’t want to waste your money, yields large gains in itself because you’re not skipping days etc.

I’m 35 now & I see M-Test as a daily health supplement, not a magic pill that’s going to get me jacked 😂

Yes that’s my point supplements are only as good as the lifestyle you lead. You train and eat right , you will see some decent benefits form natural supps but most nat supps are all BS , but I will say on Anabolic Minds the companies here I will say are not BS and I really won’t buy mainstream type of supps anymore since seeing all the good companies here.
BLR, and, CEL, EvoMuse, sns ,iron legion, and, Iconic Formulations, ApexAlchemy are some that I have used and like most all I used from them.
But a lot of stuff can be placebo also placebo is something spectacular. Give some one rice flour tell them it’s this or that and people will be like “ bro these gains are fkn crazy” meanwhile ya taking nothing more than rice flour not relax lol and again I dnt and am not accusing companies here on AM of doing that I’m just giving a prime example

I was referring to the libido, sleep, calming effect it's supposed to have.

Sustain Alpha has been tried and true for some time. I've been posting quite a few articles lately about the ingredients and benefits.

I also think Sustain Alpha stacks incredibly well with M-Test. But, standalone, Sustain Alpha delivers! There's also a host of other benefits from the combination of ingredients.

Person to person honestly, that's why I said up to a month. I imagine by the latest you'd notice things after 2 weeks. I imagine the older you are, the quicker you are to notice

It can vary by the person. These are results that start and get better as you use it, but its not something you're going to wake up one day and feel them have 'kicked in'. But most people can start to tell a difference within the first week to two weeks, some people can in the first couple days.

As you continue to use it, your test levels will increase so the results will become more noticeable.

M-Test, Optimize-T, & Alpha Gel - or any stack combination of those.

Here's the feedback thread for Alpha Gel:

Here is some recent bloodwork that people have posted on M-Test & Optimize-T.

M-Test:
One Day Before Recomp20
Total Testosterone = 16.00nmol

Four Weeks Into Recomp20
Total Testosterone = 19.80nmol

Twelve weeks into Recomp20 With Eight weeks of M-Test
Total Testosterone = 22.02nmol

Some people reading may not realize just how significant that is. For perspective, that is:
A 3.8 point increase is approximately a 25% increase in testosterone levels in 4 weeks on Recomp20.
A 6.02 point increase is approximately a 40% increase in testosterone levels at the twelve week mark with 12 weeks on Recomp20 and 8 weeks on M-Test.

January 2024
Total Testosterone - 379 ng/dl
Free Testosterone - 61.4 pg/nl
Estrogen (E2) - 27 pg/ml
PSA - 0.64 ng/ml

April 2024
Total Testosterone - 538 ng/dl
Free Testosterone - 81.8 ng/dl
Estrogen (E2) - 16 pg/ml
PSA - 0.56 ng/ml

~42% increase in total testosterone.
~33% increase in free testosterone
~41% decrease in E2

I remember Sustain Alpha, I think I tried that back in the day some years ago, I think I liked it.
I will try the M-Test next and see how it works,

Alpha gel, useful while on trt? Looking for nothing other than raising test I’m assuming not worth taking

Not going to debate the Alpha Gel on TRT subject, but I'll say that we sell a lot more of it to people on TRT that are referred by their TRT doctors or endocrinologists to use it than we do to bodybuilders.

Just because someone is on TRT doesn't mean that things can't have positive improvements on free testosterone levels and optimizing testosterone to estrogen ratios.

If one is just looking for bodybuilding type gains, then no, I probably wouldn't do Alpha Gel with TRT.

But if one is looking for improved mood, improved sleep, better libido, etc. - then that's the type of feedback we get all the time from people that add it to their TRT regimens.
