TRT Clinics and dosages?

Anybody here know of or use any TRT clinics that prescribed more than the standard 200mg of test cypionate per week? I have heard many are more liberal than regular doctors like say 300mg per week, even Dave palumbo showed envision medical giving him 400mg weekly of test along with 200mg deca per week. Some doctors are fine with getting you in the 1,200 to 1,500 range. Can anyone chime in on this? Thanks!

Personally i would love to be able to stay on 400mg test and 200mg deca indefinitely and be under a doctors supervision, not having to worry about or for guilty for blastig behind the docs back lol. Obviously wouldnt be good for those looking for true TRT.

But to answer your question, no :(. Though ive seen people mention their doc or trt clinic having them on 400mg test before, so they are out there.

One of the trt docs Jay Campbell interviews in the doctors round table said his levels are at 1800. He treats symptoms not a number. He claims years ago levels of 1800 were normal but toxins have lowered our levels.

It’s s weekly interview on YouTube, pretty interesting. They have some interesting views. They claim to be on the cutting edge. I’m not sure if it’s that or they are nuts lll

95% of the dosage Ive seen are between 1-200mg every 1-2 weeks for testosterone. Sometimes given every 10 days. I've seen deca a few times given out, and know one person who was Rx'd deca at 400mg a week for about two years. I've seen oxandrolone a few times and used to see winstrol on occasion and saw name Brand Anadrol-50 used once about 2 or 3 years ago. Even snapped a pic of the bottle for proof b/c I had no idea they still made it lol.

But honestly, there is a "toxin" thing going around that is tanking testosterone and sperm counts globally and the newer reference ranges are skewed lower than they used to be even 10 years ago. Ranges up to 1,500 ng/dl are used a lot of times to compensate for this by docs that are really into this topic and in the know.

But something you guys need to understand is even if your local urologist or endocrinologist gets that he COULD justifiably give you 2 or 3 or 400mg per week he literally can't or he would loose his job. These university hospitals, clinics, family medical practice sites all have what's called an "institutional formulary". And basically its the list of drugs and dosages the doc can prescribe for an indication while he works there. Like I know of one urologist in atlanta who is limited by his institution to a testosterone target of 5-600 ng/dlL. Thats it. If a doc that works at a mainstream medical institution goes off formulary he risks loosing his job. Most of these docs know that they can go higher, but 90% of them don't have the 2-300k laying around to invest and open up an independent practice site.

I’ve found there’s 3 ways to go about it...
- PAY. You find a Men’s aging clinic that really wants your money and you can name your drugs and name your doses. They won’t care if you blast, they won’t care if your test is 1500, and they won’t care if you are slowly inviting a heart attack. I’ve seen these cost upwards of $200 a week since they are essentially steroid dealers.
- Find a dip**** doctor. I found a urologist when my test was crashed hard and he immediately presecribed 200/week Cyp. A lot of this was luck but if you call first and really press the front office staff for info, they’ll know if their Endo, Uro, or PCP has patients they treat for low T. It’s going to be a dice roll that they are going to be conservative or reckless. Hopefully somewhere in the middle.
- Find someone that wants you to feel great and accepts insurance. This is the rarest. I’ve found it damn near impossible to find someone that will treat you and not where your labs should be for your age. Sorry, I want to feel 19, so let’s get me there, Doc. And let’s get me there for $35 copay and $12 for 10ml’s of Test.

I recently found a Men’s Clinic that took insurance. It was BS unfortunately, because although they could charge me a copay and then prescribe me 10ml’s every 2.5months, there’s not enough money to run their clinic that way. So they only do in office insects (copay weekly)
OR send you home with RediJects for $29 a pop. ONLY way they do it. So they pay something like $18 per vial for test since they but 80 24ct boxes and then charge the customers close to $300 for that same vial one injection at a time. This is why I shy away from these clinics even if they claim to take insurance.

Best bet financially and convenience is to find a doc that does endo uro or primary care and talk his/her ass into it. Then you pay next to nothing, have your test at home and just show up every 3-4 months for labs. Done

Honestly I would rather find those clinics that give you say 400mg week test and 200mg deca.. because it doesnt mean you have to stay on that dose year round. I remember reading especially on steroidology and those boards guys that would get 400mg scripted to them but only take 200mg and then they basically have a ton of legit pharm grade test cyp all the time. Rather than having to look for UGL and other crap. Not to mention it’s illegal

I thought I recall you posting when you first got on this forum that you were at a clinic that gave you a fairly high dose of test? Could have you confused with someone else.

Ideally that’s what I want to. But my life is expensive. And when ugl’s that I’ve had bloods done on a dozen times set me back about $200 annually, another $200 for good labs every 90 too. At a “clinic” I would have paid that much in 60 days. That’s at best (even if labs were covered by my insurance)going to be 1-2k a year more than my self administered TRT.

I ABSOLUTELY want to get back on with a good Doc, but I want the price to be reasonable. Our old board sponsor I think is $100/month, I may end up there soon if I don’t find a good doc locally. Local endo/uro/pcp is where I want to get though. Copay 4x a year and Pharma Test would be 1/4 the price of ugl with my insurance.
