I've been on testosterone replacement therapy for 9 months now and have lost 20 pounds of fat while maintaining my muscle. I gained 12 pounds initially and then had to track calories and macros to start leaning out. Have you guys noticed that it is easier to lean out and burn fat since being on trt or do you think it all has to do with diet? I can't tell if it's just my habits have changed or the trt is playing a big role in fat loss. I'm on 200 mgs of test cipionate per week btw
