TRT and HDL Help

My semi-annual blood test for cholesterol screening showed my HDL had fallen from 50 to 40. For TRT, I dose 120mg T Cyp per week and 250iu hCG twice a week. Can TRT cause a drop in HDL?

yes, i have heard taking Niacin will help (not the flush free kind)
