TRT and Arimidex

To those who are TRT, do you take Arimidex and if so how much?
I currently take 200 mg. Test cyp. A week and 0.75 mg. of Arimidex a week.

This is highly dependent on your testosterone conversion, body fat, age, etc. Arimidex (Anastrozole) is powerful and a little goes a long way. 0.25 mg every 3.5 days works for me. Make sure you are getting regular estradiol bloodwork. Crashing your estradiol feels WORSE than low T.
 
Hmm well I've only taken 1mg so far. I'm six weeks in on Tuesday but recently got the arimidex to fight water retention and moon face

Be careful with that amount. Water retention is normal when just starting TRT. You could also be eating a high sodium diet and that is retaining water. Bloodwork in 6 to 8 weeks will tell.

Since you are new to TRT, I’m recommending reading this guide. TRT is not one-size-fits-all.

I would split dosing to 100mg Test/.25mg Arimidex twice weekly to start. If you're not on hCG concurrently you may not need the AI with split weekly Test dosing. Many over estimate the effects of AI with TRT use.
 
Run labs after 4/5 weeks then evaluate.
Everyone metabolized drugs differently
