trt advice.

Whats up guys. I've been a long time reader but never really post. I mostly just read and learn from everyone's experiences on here. Well I am about to turn 35 and I wanted to get some opinions on trt. I've used PH's and gear in the past. Been over 10 years since i used the real thing, and about 5 years since my last PH run. Long story short, I recently had my test levels checked because I noticed a lump under my left nipple. Got an ultrasound and mammo per the drs orders. Came back as Gyno. The confusing thing for me is I haven't touched anything hormone related in years.... why now? So had my blood work done and test was 360. And of course my dr said its normal. And prescribed me tamoxifen. I wanted to get a 2nd opinion so I went to an endo who specializes in male hormones. He had me do more blood work. My test level was 390. He said estradiol was slightly increased but not horrible, he suggested I use the tamoxifen as well. My concern is I think I should be treated for low t and not just use the tamoxifen. What do you guys think I should do? As for training and diet go, my wife is a dietitian so we eat very clean and healthy. I do crossfit 3-4 days a week and throw in some power lifting 2-3 times a week. I make gains, but much much less than the other mid thirties guys i work out with. I appreciate any and all positive feedback. Thanks.

Hey all, just want to get some opinions from anyone that may have similar experience to my situation. Being that I had 2 dr.'s tell me the same thing. Do I just take the tamoxifen and forget about my test levels? Or should I take something like alphamax, or follodrine or something to help with my lagging gym results. Will the supplements make a difference being that my test levels are this low? Lastly ive read that tamoxifen will increase shbg production, will the shbg increase from the Tamoxifen negate any of the positive test increase seen with alphamax or any other test booster? Thanks guys

Ya, I went to a Men's clinic and test serum 390, SBHG was 37, Free test 7.5, Estradoil 29.2. All on the wrong side of the average but within range. I felt like they were going to recomend TRT no matter what but it sounded like everything suggested it would be optimum for me to start. I'm not sure if TRT is the right thing for me. I posted asking for feedback yesterday. I can say that since I've started, my lifts are up 10-20%, My g/f is eXXXtremely happy, and I generally feel better.

herbal supplements will help you a great deal, i recommend using BPS Sustain Alpha topical
they will increase your test levels, i am 40 and doing great with them plus some natural herbs
like pine pollen powder & Shilajit
also BPS dermacrine is great for increasing DHT levels
