What are the drug to drug interaction with SSRI and XP? I know it's listed on label but was wondering about what could happen.

That is something truly only a qualified physician can answer IMO.

The following drugs may precipitate serotonin syndrome in patients on SSRIs:[104][105]
methylene blue dye
Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) including moclobemide, phenelzine, tranylcypromine, selegiline and methylene blue
Lithium
Sibutramine
MDMA (ecstasy)
Dextromethorphan
Tramadol
Pethidine/meperidine
St. John's wort
Yohimbe
Tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs)
Serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs)
Buspirone
Triptan
Mirtazapine

Painkillers of the NSAIDs drug family may interfere and reduce efficiency of SSRIs and may compound the increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeds caused by SSRI use.[93][95][106] NSAIDs include:
Aspirin
Ibuprofen (Advil, Nurofen)
Naproxen (Aleve)

now looking at the ingredients I don't see anything that stands out except the yohimbine wich could be a contamination concern from manufacting processes. hell maybe the blue dye. agree with mike on this one, call your dr. and discuss.
