Just a quick question regarding my diet for this upcoming stack. I'm using the TRN/ZOL as a recomp, and was wondering if I should consume maintenance cals, or maybe a slight deficit, say 200-500cals? Also, how much AM cardio do you guys think I should go with? I'm 6'1, 205, 30yo. Right now I'm doing about 5 times per week / 45 min, but I tend to put on bodyfat very easily. TIA
