oh man, really sorry to hear that! hopefully it's not really broken and heals quickly...we all know that crappy feeling of smashing your toe :aargh:
 
You always workout in your garage? I have weights at home but I found that I'm stronger when I'm at the gym. At the house I feel lazier and more relaxed so I tend to not try hard.
^^^Definitely That. Far less distractions at the gym unless you count the treadmill girls!

Day 3

Foot was crummy this morning but I worked it into a functional appendage by days end. Worked shoulders and skipped legs, spent some extra time on core.

Lots of thirst today, a gallon of agua per day is my usual M.O. and I've exceeded that today. Food is going down easy, hit 4K+ calories today with 44/31/25 c/f/p. I'll aim to increase protein tomo and probably whip up a batch of extra "cycle food" which is usually a mix of black beans, meat, rice, veg etc and eat it in whole wheat tortillas. 4K calories is what I can usually eat relatively comfortably w/o much of that feeling like Im forcing food down. My diet is CLEAN too.

I'm ready to get rolling here, I'm like Lester Burnham in American Beauty! I've still been dosing 1 triumph AM and 2 pre-wo. I apply the 4andro in the AM too before work. Cycle assist and tudca taken AM and PM and I take 1 letrone sometime in the evening.

I'm glad NFL is back - GO PACK GO!!!

Oh yeah - starting weight was 245 lbs yesterday.
 
Day 4

Much of the same. Great pump in the gym I attribute to the 30 mg pwo dose. Its still somewhat stimulating but nothing like that first day.

Who needs a pwo when I've got the best pwo around - exogenous hormones!

Ate over 4400 Cal today quite easily, feelin toit!
 
Day 6

Rollin along.... woke up looking nice and full today, feels good. I've got the sense I can eat eat eat and my body will allocate the nutrients to good use. Still early in the game, no sides to speak of yet. Libido remains strong.

My toe has come along nicely and I was able to do some leg press tonite w/ out major discomfort. Wearing shoes all day is most uncomfortable however...

So tomo is my last planned day at 45 mg triumphalis. I'm thinking I'll roll one more week at 45 to let the compound settle into my body and move to 60 mg to start week three. I'm acutely aware of the happenings in my body and can tell I'm on something. Slow n steady broze....

I'm only applying the alpha gainz 4andro td in the morning and will (somewhat unideally) maintain that scheme as I've got a 7 month old girl and a wife at home and ive resolved to remove any chance of cross contamination. I apply before work and I'm out the door!
 
Glad the toe has recovered, gotta be able to outrun those polar bears!
 
I do the same for my TDs, apply it before work then out the door asap. Sometimes if needed I apply before bed too, can't be too careful sometimes. I actually wash all open skin when I handle my little girl even when I don't apply TDs cause I'm so used to it.
 
I've always ran my hormonal TD's in the morning and never applied a later dose.
 
Seems to me it'd be cool to reapply some in the afternoon/evening. However, not doing so provides the most assurance. In reality I'm sure there wouldn't be an issue but....

You can never be too safe when it comes to your family, I agree. I apply td's at night right before bed after my kid is asleep and put a long sleeve shirt on right after application. Your laundry is another thing to be concerned with as well, I try and keep my clothes seperate and wash them myself so the wife doesn't come in contact with anything through my dirty clothes.
 
Day 9

Took the last couple days off, feels good to rest. I've been slammed at work and played a disc golf tourney - good fun. Haven't played all summer cause of the little one.

Winter arrived already, had 6 " on the ground the other day and the mountains have been caked for a couple weeks now. Woke up at 1 AM yesterday cause the aurora was going nuts. Lots of green (typical) with purples and reds (rarer).

I'm hitting the ground running tomo again. Sometimes its hard taking a break on cycle with all the extra horsepower but in my old age (31) I appreciate the break to feed and grow.

I'm actually enjoying the 4andro applications. The llast TD I ran was dermacrine and finding hairless real estate @ 5 pumps a day was a tall order. The salvo absorbs FAST and the smell hasn't gotten old. I'm loving this man musk - stoked for 2 ml daily apps.... as well as bumping triumphalis to 60. I'm keeping a leaner look and its starting to get good! Muscles staying full all day and libido is A OK. I'm gonna step on a scale tomo too and see where I'm at.

Day 10

Walking funny with my bum toe has taken a toll on my heel and ankle. My whole right foot is quite unhappy. Stepped on the scale today, 252 lbs. I'm up 7 lbs from day 1 and I'm looking swole and more defined, nutrients seem to be allocated to the proper areas ;)

So my "gym" is fairly ill equipped and lacking several pieces of key equipment. There's no squat rack or any plate weights of any sort for other lifts like deads, etc. Its all machines and dumbbells but they top out at 50 lbs. There is a decent leg press machine. So as you can gather I'm forced into high rep/super set situations to get a truly good workout.

Its not ideal and I yearn for HEAVY weights. I've accepted my position tho. The nearest gym would be an 80 mile round trip drive down a dangerous roadway which isn't even an option IMO. I could go all Rocky IV and train high up a mountain on a glacier with logs and chit but I'm a family man.

With all this said im clueless about my 1RM numbers. Kind of a shame as id love to see progress in that manner. The lack of facilities here also shy me away from harder compounds like dmz, msten, SD as I dont have the facilities to truly exploit those compounds - I've stashed lots away tho ;)

These are truly first world problems (which ****ing suck) and I've made incredible progress with what I've got.
 
I'm considering adding ghar1ne to mai peeceetee. Seems like a good time to run it, would go at least 2 months. I'd drop the anabeta and sub in xgels and epiplex. Ghar1ne and anabeta might make me too hungry.

Anyone have an opinion here?

I'm liking Gharine thus far. Much more restful sleep. Vivid dreams/nightmares occasionally. Haven't noticed increased hunger, but I'm always hungry:). Taking 10 mg half hour before bed. No cottonmouth which is great! Taking Hup A and EGCG in the morning. No hangover effects and no/minimal bloating. That's what I've notice thus far in 3 weeks. Sleep improvement was immediate.
 
Anxiety?

Happens to me as I age... I don't use it socially much but really appreciate it around 8 pm when I'm on the couch for the night.

Yeah, a lot of anxiety. It makes me think weird things, when someone talks I feel like it is delayed for a few seconds and that freaks me out. It makes me sick a lot of times too.

I've tried it a ton of times and just can't get a good reaction that lasts. I actually smoked a little last weekend at a concert while I had been drinking and for about 30 minutes I was completely lost. I stood in a line I didn't need for 15 minutes lol it did make the music sound pretty awesome though.

Marijuana is legal in my fine state and I'll argue its a healthy-ish addition to any cycle.

No need to argue, at least not with me :)
 
Just caught up some more on your log. I feel your pain on that new kiddie playground you call the gym.. I'd buy a gym set asap. Sounds like you're getting a good compensation for you to move so if you can look into something like this.

That'd be killer... I've got a dozen reasons why I'd like to have that but at the end of the day I'm lacking space for it, plate weights are costly, etc etc. A guy can dream, someday I'll have a nice home gym but in all likelihood we'll move elsewhere in the state and I'll have normal access to some facilities.
 
True the plate cost starts to add up. I live in a good neighborhood but someone still stole 300lbs of weight from my garage... smh
 
Day 12

Chit yeah - sick chest and tri workout tonite. Paaainful tricep pumps. Really tore my chest apart too! I mixed up a batch of "pump city" the other day (l-cit, agmatine, gms, tmg, ba, mono) and am using it as a pwo. No stims needed I'm feeling goooood. I've got a supply of amp citrate im saving for pct. Dat chit = the ultimate mind/muscle meld and will gimme the extra juice needed in pct. I forgot all about paragraphs today so bear with me. Weight is still at 252 (+7 lbs so far) and I'm lookin toit and swole. Few moar days and I'm upping doses of both drugs. BP spikes have subsided thankfully I'm not a fan of that feeling. Alright, I mentioned ghar1ne yesterday, I may have meant cardar1ne. These letter/number soups warp my fragile mind. Sounds like I need to do more research. Seems to me one was appetite simulating in some folks.... that's what I want for pct ;)
