trifecta stack or h-drol?

I was considering running my first cycle. I had a plan of running the trifecta stack for six weeks with ghenerate and e-Bol, but now I am thinking of maybe running h-drol instead. Also my pct will need to be otc because of my job. Any suggestions on which one to run and if h-drol, what would be a good otc.

I am 32 years old. 5'11" tall and 212lbs. With about 17% bf.
Overall goal is 230lbs. With about 10% bf.
Not expecting this in one cycle.
I eat about 4,000 to 4,500 calories a day and 350-400 grams of protein a day.
 
You might get away with hdrol with an OTC PCT, but it's not recommended. I did it with PP's TRS stack about a year ago and didn't notice and issues. But everyone reacts differently and it depends on your dosage.

Also you goals are more about diet than supplement, well the bf% anyways
 
can't comment on the cycle but IMO I would say if you want to stay lean drop your daily calories by 500, ie.. 3500 non workout days, 4000 workout days and eat super clean. I find dropping low on BF% first then maintaining is way easier than keeping bf% semi stable during a bulk. just my 2 cents but I'd cut to a bf% you're happy with and bulk from there.
 
I was thinking of bulking up and then doing a cutting cycle when I'm done. I do cardiovascular after my workouts to keep the bf% where its at. I haven't had an increase in bf% in awhile. It's second on my priorities and mass is first.
