tried to quit HICA

I ran out of HICA and wasn't sure if it was working so I came off it. I was doing 1500mg HICA-C every morning on lifting days, 500mg on off days.

I ended up being noticably more hungry in the morning. usually I wouldn't need to drink any milk until hours into lifting, but without HICA I felt like drinking milk almost right away.

might be my mind playing tricks on me, but I got 3 more bottles and am back on it today
