Vemoherb Tribulus claimed to have 60% protodioscin and the truth is:
Lab test show just 7,5% Protodioscin.
2 caps (400mg) contained just 30mg protodioscin.
Vemoherb had a pretty "honest" but at the same time lame answer about this:
"400 mg per serving Bulgarian tribulus terrestris extract standardized at 60% furostanol saponins => 400*0.60=240 mg pure furostanol saponins, of which (as per the site`s tests) 30.30 mg are pure protodioscin => 30.30 / 240 = 0.12625 or 12.63 % pure protodioscin per serving."
Now they say their Tribulus contain 12.63% protodioscin while you can find this on their website:
"The properties of VemoHerb
Bulgarian Тribulus are due to the high content of steroidal saponins of furostanol type (60% determined as protodioscin)."
But its not even 12,63% but still 7.5.
Their math is just wrong.
One serving is 400mg Tribulus. Lab Test showed 30mg Protodioscin. So 30mg of 400mg is 7.5%..
Their math is:
400mg tribulus where 60% is furostanol.saponings. that means 240mg furostanol saponins. So 30mg of 240mg is pure protodioscin is 12.63. That is not the way to measure.
Here is an example:
"Lets say I make trib product and each capsule is 150mg tribulus (claiming to be 60% furostanol S.)and lab test show 30mg protodioscin. So 60% of 150mg is 90mg and 30mg of those 90mg is actually 33.3%. So it means my tribulus is 33.3% protodioscin..that is wrong.
30mg of 150mg is the right way to measure and it gives 20% protodioscin.
