A bit too potent for me.....I work out at home so my workout ain't that intensive. Use this only if you are working out at gym pumping heavy load or reps in gym literally sweating it out otherwise it makes you kind of uneasy and restless with the sudden burst of testosterone after 3 days of usage to which you can't be idle or do mediocre workouts to bring it down.

We all respond differently to same supplement - Tribestan can be taken as 1 to 6 tablets per day so just reduce dose or take every other day if this would work so potent for anybody.
I took Tribestan for 6 days straight and did notice effect but no where near to be raising my testosterone to even start being aggressive.
What I did notice was actually being less aggressive and dealing better with annoying neighbours, also not experienced crazy libido jump or walking around with a 3rd leg.
It felt as Tribestan can work good as an adaptogen - gave me more energy, reduce stress levels, better sleep but not much in libido or aggression. Which would prove that it does not much to raise testosterone.
Overall I know I just took it for 6 days but I can notice Tongkat effect on day 3-5 already then potency in effect hits the peak.
For raising my aggression I notice this mostly when I'm on quality Tongkat product.
At recommended dose of 6 tablets per day bottle of Tribestan will last only 10 days so monthly cost would jump to over $70 which is why I decided to save rest of the bottle for stacking with Tongkat in Sep.

Suma is ok even high quality. Ajuga is far more superior
exubol is amazing. I am at 1400mg and Iove it. Bigger, stronger, better endurance, more energy ++. And It is from ICPS (ICPS has discovered,extracted,sythesized and Studied ecdysteroids since late 50s).

Honestly, it cant be compared. MassMsx is more than ecdysterone.
But if you want plain ecdysterone product, Ecdynize is the best quality ecdy you can find.

A good dose would be 1800-2400mg. Lets say you take 2400mg Tribulus standardized for 45% protodioscin, that would give you 1080mg pure protodioscin

Wait are we still talking exubol? Sorry I'm new to all these plant sterols, etc. how many caps of exubol a day? Also I tend to be sensitive to drugs for my size. This is good and bad. Even 10mg of ostra was quite pronounced for me.

I only going to answer the tribulus question as I have used vemoherb.
You need to go with a higher dosage with trib. I started at 1000-1200mg vemoherb caps but switched to powder, cheapier then caps, and dosed 1500-1800mg ED.

1 month is to short. 3 months and you are good. 1g exubol and 50mg Ecdynize. It may be to much but you can try. Overdosing ecdysterone may give sleep issues and decreased appetite.

Its worth trying but there is no evidence plain Succinic Acid (amber extract) is a drug carrier. Claiming to make ajuga 2× stronger is pretty strong claims but the proof is not there.
Exubol (Ajuga)by Boldanic is cheaper and 100% from ICPS.

I had to contact them. But damn, prices are crazy. Exubol is much cheaper even with international shipping. Each bottle includes 20g (100x200mg) which equals 200 tonvara caps. It is like 2-3 times cheaper, hope it goes through customs.
How much are you taking? At this price, I could go a lot higher than with Tonvara where I usually stick to 4-6.

Ecdynize is almost 98% pure HPLC tested ecdysterone and believe me or not, you will not find that kind of purity

Yeah, I know, but you can get 80-90% extracts pretty easily and I am not sold on the concept of standardizing it to over 98% ecdysterone, to be honest.

Tonvara is EU based (uk) while Boldanic is US based. You know how sick prices are in EU compared to US.
Isatori Bio Gro (60serving) is 100$ in Norway while in US you can find it for 20-24$.
Honestly, the only "positive" things (I am thinking for size/strength/endurace)we get from Suma,RC,ATE etc are ecdysteroids. So I mean its better to run 50-100mg ecdysterone than lets say RC where you have no clue about standardization.
There are many fake RC out there claiming to have high % of ecdysteroids but is that true ? Actually not

I know it's (supposed to add a tiny little bit with age) but still I mean a test cycle at like 50 mg would be more beneficial than tribulus. I still have a hard time believing it does anything. There's been countless studies saying one or the other. It's overpriced for sure for what it is.
