Tribex

New to the site, First Post.

I have a bottle of Tribex that expired in March of 2008. I stopped working out when I began taking them. Now I'm back in the gym. I hate to waste things, could these be harmful or just not as effective since they have expired. Any info would be appreciated.

If they were in a cool dry place you should be fine.

Thank you. I figured they would still be okay. Have you had any good or bad experiences/results with Tribex?
