Any thoughts on if trazole should be taken with or without food?

Anyone running it yet? how many caps are ppl taking a day for good results?
 
I haven't taken the supplement but I'll research and if I find something I'll let you know.

You would be good with 4 caps a day. 2 in the am and the other 10-12 hours later. With or without food is up to you.
