I was hoping to get your thoughts about running these two together to get rid of sore and slightly puffy nipples. Would this work?

No. I've tried drying my body out for gyno and it did nothing. Then nolva worked. It probably wont hurt to destroy some estrogen but you'll probably need nolva.
