my diet never changed except reducing alot of fat. only diff is i did cardio and used hydroxycut X once a day with leukic. LEUKIC does wonders and in my cycle will keep it for monring fasted cardio. btu yah urs is going well too ..... if u added clen u would have gotten CRAZY results

Shoulders

Weight 240.1

Weight still looks good. This may be my rough stretch for weight as for me it tends to shed fast then hit a snag for 3-5 days then loose a few more. Im OK with that. Took it easy on my shoulders last nite. I will also go easy on arms and tri's today. Im going to be off Friday and Saturday so i thought i would relax for shoulders and arms because im planning on a good week to come. All out Balls to the wall push the last week!!

F**K!!! I said i was going to go easy but MAN I LOVE TO DO BI"S & TRI"S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Felt so strong today reps at 12 were easy but i did not do more for the fear of over training because i do as we all know by now on a normal day 5 exercises each Body Part and 12 reps each. I will say i woke up and my lats hurt to touch they are so sore. Thats how you know you had a good workout when you are sore from a back day 2 days ago!!

Before i get into my routine i was solo today did everything including abs and 30 minutes cardio in just under 2 hours. I supersetted all my bi's and tri's today. I would do a Bi then go righht into a tri. IM ON FIRE as i type!

Did the AB ripper X routine for Ab's as i have it memorized ;). Then spent 30 Minutes on the eliptical (Spelling?) just over 3 miles.

Be back on Sunday for Chest. I plan on going for personal records this upcoming week. Not for 1-2 rep Max's but my 12 rep maxes.

Also am adding OEP Starting Sunday and My PCT will now be OEP (Carried over for 4 weeks) Prime (for 6 weeks) and Formadrol Extreme. I also have just recieved my clomid if needed. Dont think i will but i have been eager to try this. Doing blood work April 5th will have my results April 7th (Wednsday) so ill go with what my blood work says. If my pre Cycle Test levels were 600 what would be the number to use clomid?

I for some reason cant help with my arm workout. I get rock hard after 3 ecercises but my dumb ass keeps going. My arms are groing though so untill i plateau ill keep at it.
 
You can do dropsets with the Lucky Charms routine... Just eat half and continue!!!


Sounds brutal, maybe im not ready for that yet. Maybe the normal size boxes but i be damn if ima drop set some Sams type boxes!!

Has anyone ever tried 8/8 on the Trifecta stack? I started seeing good results when i started 7 of each a day. I may go to 8 and see what happens.
 
im on a 2/3/2 split right now and i mean the intinsity i am feeling is great. I would love to try a 3/3/2 split if anyone could chime in with what they think. It would only be for 7 days.

Weight 237.3

Dosed the M1d and MM 2/3/3 yesterday. I usually do 2 at nite but went ahead and did 3. So from here till Day 30 will be 2/3/3. Weight still looking. 235 seems to be a ideal weight for me. I have lost no strength actually increased in some departments. Cardio is ridiculously easy now. Im so amped when i get to the gym its unreal. I aslo started AGST Sunday today being Tuesday gotta say i dont like it. Im hooked on Jack3d. I was hopeing to notice something but i didn't get nothing off 2 Scoops Sunday and 3 Monday and 3 today. Just not for me. Hit Back and Bi's pretty good today. Im feeling good!!

Not sure what my first exercise is called but i do it every so often. You use 15lb weights as your pushup plates. You do a Pushup then as you come up you pull one hand up into a Back Row then repeat. I call it the Pushup Rows. Probably wrong but thats what i call it.

Gotta say just got nothing from it. Maybe because im currently using Jack3d. I have issue with even that. I seem to have to take 2 weeks off at the end of my tub i guess to de-sensitive my receptors. Maybe i will try it after 2 weeks off. Dont know?

I would take the 2 weeks off with Jack3d then hit it hard with the ASGT. But Like I said you can send it to me I will put it to good use.:08:

How many scoops did you use? You are the FIRST person i have ever heard say this.
 
I had a buddy have the same reaction, but he was amped on OEP for a few months straight. I told him to come off and then give it another run, he would be glad he did. The smoothness is unreal
 
2 scoops Sunday and 3 scoops Monday and Today. Been using 4 scoops of jack3d up to last Thursday used none Friday or Saturday then tried the asgt Sunday. I have been on Jack3d for a while now. Almost at the end of my Jug maybe 4 days worth left then i normaly take 2 weeks off and start again.
 
You took 3 scoops and didn't feel anything? You sir, are inhuman. i have a really high tolerance to stimulants, and I only need 2... and 2 is INTENSE. ASGTSE is hands down the best pre workout I have used.
 
I wish people would stop thinking of ASGT a just a stim. If you want a stim take a bottle of nodose and hit the gym. If you want a great all around pre-workout drink then use ASGT.

I understand what you are saying. But way too many people focus on the stim and not the other properties.
 
I agree that there is allot better stims out there than ASGT. but if you use them you will be missing out on the best parts of ASGT. Hell cut down the dose of Jack3d and run it with ASGT to get the best of both worlds.
 
Like i said i have used jack3d religiously for 10 months now. I notice torwards the end of my 2nd tub the 4 scoops of jack3d does nothing for me and i chill from the jack3d for 2 weeks. Thats my guess here. I dosed the ASGT 2 scoops 1 hour before working out. Inoticed Nothing so Monday i did 3 scoops 45 minutes prior to working out. Today i did 3 scoops and nothing. When im on jack3d i get the standing hairs on my arms feeling. I will take my 2 weeks off and give ASGT a 2nd go. Im very stim resistant as well. Although i still get a little something off jacked torwards the end.

jack3d, OEP, AND ASGT... wow Lou!!! agree with Craig. You're a fellow big guy, but we all take a break from them. I go 6 and 2 sometimes 8 and 2 as far as weeks off and on. That should give you an idea of the big guy breakdown
 
Ya i will take 2-3 weeks off. I hear good things on asgt so when i tried it for 3 days and felt the same in everyway i was like WTF! I will give it another go probably week 3 of PCT start it.

Dont knock me for the never getting 305lb before. I have never felt the need to try this much. Chest has always been my weak point. I always focus on a weight i can get 10-12 times. I started doing a extra low rep chest day about 3 months ago and its made a world of difference in my Form and Strength. I can press 185-245 really easy. However just adding 2.5lbs to each side a few months back would cause me to struggle. I have came along way in a short amount of time. Legs and Bis are my thing the are the fav's!!
