Whatchin them rich piana vids huh? How do you like them vs full ROM raises? i feel like my traps start burnin towards the end of lat raises.
I actually got them from John meadows but.... That's what I like about them I feel like they completed take my traps out of the movement, the only muscle being used is my delt
 
I like to lay on an incline bench and do lat raises one arm at a time. I raise to about level with the shoulder. Totally hits delt in a different way.
 
Well from lookin at your delts I must give this a shot haha

Face pulls- 15,20,20
Solid day strength was through the roof set a pr on bench could have hit another couple reps but I hit the safety bar and my weights slid to the end on one side of the bar, the ph's are definitely kicked in and I'm starting to look like I'm on something in good and bad ways, my muscles are full as hell and my vascularity is crazy, I definitely look a lot bigger and I'm only 9 days in, but I'm also looking puffy, going to up my a.i. Slightly and watch my carbs a little more closely them see what happens from there

Nice work! The puffiness is my problem on trest. I'm up 125mg on my dosing and I'm super bloated lol
 
I hadn't really noticed it until this morning, my abs were almost gone and my jawline has disappeared , I'm thinking it's mostly my carb intake though... I had 3 Christmases plus all the leftovers went to my house... It was bad

I've got anastrozole and I've been dosing .25 mg e3d but since going to 100 with trest I think I'm going to dose eod now

Unless your calorie and carb intake is ridiculously high, carbs shouldn't be the culprit. It may make you retain water in the muscle along with glycogen, but it shouldn't do that to your face. Maybe excess sodium could lead to fluid retention. But my guess is that your estrogen has been a little high. That could easily lead to the puffieness your seeing in the face. I personally think you should have dosed the adex at .25mg eod not e3d. If you do liquid, maybe bump it up to .3mg eod now.

And yeah definitely try laying on the incline bench and doing lateral raises! You will be a little weaker so use a lower weight. After your last rep, stand up and finish the shoulder off with normal lat raises with that lower weight. You should be able to get a few more reps that way and take it to complete failure. The rest periods between sets should be a little longer than normal due to the fact that its a long set one arm at a time. Also the extra rest enables you to do these dropsets if you will, every set.

sounds like a good plan. You already carb cycled down? If you got an excess calorie intake of mostly protein, but fairly normal calories from carbs and fat, that is a safe way to bulk without worrying too much about fat storage. I'd probably get into that mode now, if your not already there.

the crazy increase in carbs was just due to Christmas foods I'm coming out of a cut so I was going to slowly increase my cals pretty evenly across all macros, what is planned for now is 200 pro, 250 carbs and 80 fats... It's not very much but I was deep into a deficit
 
that's healthy looking right there. I wouldn't be scared of 300g carbs. Protein is fine. fats is cool. its hard to keep fats that low but if you can do it that's great.

its easy for me by just getting my protein via chicken

Deadlift/legs
Sumo deads- 325x1 365x1 395x1 415xfail
Front squats- 185x3 225x3 225x6
Lying leg curl- triple drop set
Disappointed with the pull but I don't know why, that's a 30 lb jump from my pull 4 weeks ago just feel like I should be able to pull more, I could have gotten the 415 but my hips shot up before I even broke the floor so I just called it a day tomorrow is a rest/ cardio day and I need it I can already feel how taxing those pulls were
 
I saw you were getting bloated off the trest...I've somewhat noticed it too. Not so much my face more in my core region...I bumped up my forma and it has helped
 
Epi should keep it down somewhat, but I would still attribute some of it the the massive amount of carbs for like 5 days straight, I went from 150 grams or less a day to easily 500+ which I would have to assume will cause quite a bit of bloat

Nice workout. Throw a dumbbell in between your legs for the pullups. Get the reps down to about 10, youll see better results.
 
I really like how you've designed your training program BTW. I think I will end up using a program similar to this for the beginning of my cycle (during DMZ)

it wasn't one set, that was across 3 sets
 
If I used wraps I could probably add weight but my grip is usually spent by the time I get to pull ups
 
get that grip strength up. twice a week at the end of workouts do wrist curls and reverse wrist curls. Its important to have a complete physique. I do supersets with reverse wrist curls first then wrist curls. Saves time.

That squat felt crazy heavy but the speed was actually pretty quick, my friend gave me the up command and said I should have gone heavier but I could feel something in my lower back so I just took the pr and moved on
 
That's a 30 lb pr now let's see what happens by the end of my cycle

my legs lack a little size imo but the strength has always been there since I first started lifting
 
Yea if you feel anything move on I learned the hard way and it took 2 surgeries to correct plus I missed a show

that's the kind of thing I'm trying to avoid, about 4 months back I hurt my back and it wrecked my training for about 2 months, I don't want another set back like that

Standing OHP- worked up to 185x1 PR
attempted 205 but I could barely move the bar haha
Db Rear delt laterals- 12,8,8,12 hard squeeze at the top used 30's for all sets
Db shrugs- a lot
 
The 185 was no leg drive and I haven't tried seated in a longgg time, but I'll give it a shot this week to find out
